Return Policy
How do I return an item?
We happily accept returns for all damaged and unused items within 30 days of purchase. For item returns to process, please email us at hello@hurbanewholesaletowels.com or call: +1 201-283-2006 to obtain RA (Return Authorization). Just make sure that order number is included in the email. Returns without RA will not be accepted.
What is the return policy for missing items?
If you find any item missing, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. We will try our best to locate the item or else, we will ship a replacement.
What is the return policy for hazardous items?
Hazardous liquids and chemicals such as laundry and toilet chemicals are not returnable because of federal safety restrictions.
What is the return policy for customized items?
We do not offer returns for customized items unless there is any defect in design or logo.
What is the return policy for warranty items?
Some items fall under the manufacturer’s warranty. For those items, you can directly contact the manufacturer. This includes the following as well:
- A 20% restocking fee is subjected on all returns which will be deducted from their refund amount.
- The customer will pay the return shipping fee.
- All the refunds will be transferred to the beneficiary account within 2-3 weeks after we receive the return.
