SHIPPING

Shipping will be ready within 24 hours of the order placed and will be delivered to you in 5-6 business days. Customs order may require a longer shipping time depending on the product and the time required manufacturing it. We will ship the item via method chosen by the customer.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All customs order must be paid in advance. Ensure that you provide all the details as custom order are non-returnable.

Returns

We happily accept returns for all damaged and unused items within 30 days of purchase. For the returns to process please email us at +1 201-283-2006 or call at hello@hurbanewholesaletowels.com to obtain RA (Return Authorization) and make sure you include the order number in the email. 

* Returns without RA will not be accepted.

* Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

*20% Restocking fee is subjected on all returns which will be deducted from their refund amount.

*Customer will pay Return shipping fee.

* All the refunds will be transferred to beneficiary account within 2-3 weeks after we receive the return.

* All product sizes, dimensions, specifications listed on our website might differ slightly from the actual ones.
